We are looking for a full-time Video Editor and Social Media Manager with a deep sense of aesthetics, creativity, and connection. This role is about more than editing videos, it is about shaping content that feels authentic, resonates with people, and communicates beauty with clarity.The right candidate will be skilled in creating Reels and TikToks that follow best practices, align with current trends, and capture attention while staying true to the brand’s voice. You should have an eye for detail, an instinct for what moves people, and the ability to select and craft moments that invite reflection and engagement.This is an opportunity to work with content rooted in spirituality, embodiment, and personal growth, and to share it with a global audience. Your work will help bring meaningful conversations to life through storytelling, design, and social media presence in a way that is both modern and timeless.What You’ll Do
  • Reels & TikTok Editing - Create short-form video content from podcast episodes using CapCut or similar tools.
  • Curate and Enhance Content - Select powerful moments, integrate b-roll, trending audio, and captions to create visually engaging and resonant clips.
  • Social Media Management - Post and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring captions, hashtags, and timing are thoughtfully chosen.
  • Community Engagement - Support audience interaction by responding to comments and messages with care, and eventually help manage ManyChat sequences.
  • Email Newsletter - Draft and send a weekly newsletter inspired by the podcast episodes, capturing the host’s voice and message.
  • Design Support - Create complementary visual assets such as YouTube thumbnails, landing pages, and graphics for newsletters or campaigns.
  • Performance Insights - Track analytics and share learnings to help guide growth strategies.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience editing Reels, TikToks, and other short-form videos with a modern, engaging style
  • Proficiency in CapCut (or similar editing tools)
  • A strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and visual flow
  • Understanding of social media trends and platforms, with the ability to adapt content accordingly
  • Familiarity with spirituality, embodiment, and personal development content
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to capture and adapt to an authentic brand voice
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (ConvertKit, FloDesk, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive in managing multiple projects
  • Bonus: experience with ManyChat, TubeBuddy, A/B testing, or light web design
