Incarico
Si occupa del cliente dal suo ingresso in sala in termini di ordine e servizio, nel rispetto degli standard aziendali e di principi di educazione e cortesia
Cura la sala, i tavoli e il back in termini di organizzazione, ordine e pulizia, nel rispetto delle indicazioni ricevute dal capo sala
Responsabilità
● Accogliere il cliente nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali
● Conoscere e illustrare il menu in tutte le sue parti (cibo e bevande)
● Allestire correttamente la sala nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali e sulla base di eventuali prenotazioni
● Occuparsi della mise en place con precisione e cura utilizzando lapposita utensileria, cura lapparecchiatura e sparecchiatura
● Gestire il back con cura e pulizia, utilizzando in modo appropriato le attrezzature
● Relazionarsi col cliente in modo empatico, educato e cortese
● Essere attenti e ascoltare le esigenze del cliente, riformulare le richieste, mantenere il contatto oculare senza essere invadente

Requisititi
● Diploma di scuola Alberghiera
● Buone doti comunicative

● Buon livello di inglese
● Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e week end
● Disponibilità a lavorare Full Time,
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Retribuzione: €1.500,00 - €2.000,00 al mese
