Spare Parts Specialist & Repairs - Service Dept.

All'interno della divisione Service Dept nell'area di mercato macchine utensili, impiantistica industriale, stampaggio plastico e grande sollevamento, La risorsa rispondendo direttamente al Service Manager, si occuperà delle seguenti mansioni:
Analizzare le richieste di ricambi e riparazioni provenienti dai clienti
Collaborare con uffici tecnici, acquisti e commerciale per raccogliere le informazioni necessarie
Supportare gli uffici tecnici nella valutazione dell'obsolescenza e nella proposta di soluzioni di revamping
Disponibilità ad effettuare occasionali sopralluoghi o interventi presso clienti in Italia o all'estero
Buona/ottima conoscenza tecnica di schemi elettrici e disegni meccanici
Esperienza pregressa in Ufficio Service con Gestione Diretta clienti in ambito Spare Parts / Riparazioni (minimo 2/3 anni)
Buona/ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
Importante capacità di gestione delle priorità giornaliere / settimanali
