Openjobmetis SpA, filiale di Montichiari, ricerca per realtà metalmeccanica una figura di BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE.

Ruolo e mansione

La figura selezionata si occuperà principalmente della gestione del ciclo dell’ordine e supporterà le attività commerciali dell’area Italia.

È richiesta anche una conoscenza della lingua inglese per la partecipazione saltuaria a fiere di settore.

Nello specifico la risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Inserimento e gestione ordini clienti
  • Monitoraggio stato ordini e gestione delle tempistiche di consegna
  • Emissione di documenti di trasporto (DDT, bolle)
  • Redazione di preventivi commerciali in base alle richieste dei clienti
  • Gestione dei rapporti con clienti italiani per informazioni commerciali e logistiche
  • Supporto al reparto vendite e alla direzione commerciale
  • Partecipazione occasionale a fiere nazionali e internazionali

Requisiti e Competenze Richieste

  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di back office commerciale
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1/B2 minimo)
  • Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali
