Mansioni principali
  • Gestione operativa del reparto stampaggio plastica
  • Coordinamento del personale di produzione (5 risorse) e organizzazione turni
  • Impostazione parametri macchina, avvio cicli, controllo qualità
  • Supporto operativo in attività di produzione e rifornimento ganci
Requisiti
  • Esperienza come capo turno o in ruoli di coordinamento in produzione plastica
  • Buone competenze tecniche e gestionali
  • Attitudine alla leadership e al lavoro in squadra
