HR Recruiter

La risorsa inserita si occuperà dell'intero processo di recruitment , in particolare :

Definizione della job in funzione delle richieste delle aziende clienti;

Pubblicazione inserzioni sui vari canali di recruiting, ricerca CV in database specializzati e Head Hunting;

Valutazione delle candidature tramite colloqui di selezione e presentazione profili alle aziende.

La ricerca è rivolta a profili con esperienza anche breve in ruoli simili, con preferibile provenienza da Agenzie per il Lavoro.

Il / la candidato / a ideale possiede una laurea in discipline umanistiche o economiche e buona dimestichezza nell'utilizzo dei principali applicativi del pacchetto Office.

Sono considerati requisiti fondamentali ottima predisposizione al raggiungimento di obiettivi, spirito di iniziativa e orientamento al cliente.
