MAW S.p.A. Divisione Search & Selection, Polo di Vicenza ricerca PERMANENT RECRUITER SPECIALIST con un'esperienza pregressa nella gestione del servizio di "Ricerca e selezione" (Permanent).
Nello specifico, svolgerà le seguenti attività:
- Gestione relazioni con le aziende clienti per comprendere a fondo il profilo professionale ricercato, le competenze richieste e il contesto aziendale.
- Ricerca attraverso diversi canali di reclutamento (es: database interni, annunci di lavoro online, social network professionali e headhunting) per trovare candidati idonei.
- Selezione dei CV dei candidati più qualificati e adatti al ruolo richiesto, filtrando in base a competenze, esperienze lavorative e attitudini personali.
- Colloqui strutturati con i candidati per valutare le loro competenze tecniche, soft skills e l'allineamento con i valori e la cultura aziendale del cliente.
- Elaborazione di profili candidato da presentare al cliente.
- Monitoraggio dell'inserimento del candidato in azienda e raccolta feedback candidato/azienda per garantire la soddisfazione di entrambe le parti.
- Laurea triennale o magistrale in Psicologia/Giurisprudenza o similari
- Spiccate doti di relazione e orientamento al cliente
- Buona padronanza dei principali software di Recruiting
- Preferibilmente buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Carattere dinamico, flessibile e proattivo
- Orario full time: 9:00-13:00/14:00-18:00
