Azienda Cliente con sede a Cherasco (CN), operante da oltre 10 anni nel settore del confezionamento alimentare ci ha affidato l'incarico di individuare 10 persone interessate a ricoprire il ruolo di OPERAIO o OPERAIA CONFEZIONAMENTO ALIMENTARE, da assumere a tempo determinato:
Zona di lavoro: Cherasco (CN)
Il ruolo di addetto/a confezionamento alimentare prevede le seguenti attivita' da svolgere:
- confezionamento di prodotti alimentari ( come panettoni, pandori, cesti natalizi, bottiglie di vino e liquori, biscotti, cioccolato, ecc..);
- inscatolamento;
- imbustamento;
- incartamento;
- imballaggio;
- etichettatura.
Per ricoprire tale ruolo e' necessario:
- esperienza di almeno 1 anno come operaio o operaia produzione;
- essere disponibili a lavorare su un tempo pieno di 40 ore settimanali, dal lunedi' al venerdi' dalle ore 8 alle ore 17.
- predisposizione al lavoro di squadra;
- riuscire a raggiungere autonomamente il luogo di lavoro non servito da mezzi pubblici.
L'inquadramento contrattuale prevede:
- qualifica di operaio o operaia addetto o addetta al confezionamento;
- 2°livello del CCNL Pulizia Multiservizi;
- retribuzione pari ad euro 1.343,50 lordi mensili e comunque commisurata all'esperienza e competenze gia' acquisite.
Il pacchetto retributivo prevede anche un piano welfare (finanziato da Ebitemp - Ente Bilaterale Nazionale per il Lavoro Temporaneo) riguardante, ad esempio, la tutela sanitaria, il contributo per l'asilo nido, prestiti personali ed il sostegno per: spese scolastiche, trasporto extraurbano e mobilita' territoriale.
