As part of our expansion into the Lifestyle & Business events sector (e.g. banking, automotive, wellness, luxury, skincare, etc.) we are currently seeking a Sales and Key Account Manager to join our team.
This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Milan, with some work-from-home flexibility, with an initial onboarding period planned at our Florence office.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business opportunities with lifestyle & business clients
- Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored event solutions
- Monitor market trends and prepare sales reports
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales business development and account management in the events sector
- Strong knowledge of the events industry, particularly in organizing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) for Lifestyle & Business areas
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other key productivity tools
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management or similar (preferred)
