Azienda cliente operante nel settore della logistica e trasporti ci ha affidato l'incarico di individuare 5 persone interessate a ricoprire il ruolo di AUTISTI CON PATENTE B da assumere a tempo determinato.
Il ruolo di AUTISTA CONSEGNATARIO prevede di effettuare consegne di pacchi di piccole dimensioni nel territorio della provincia di Trieste e limitrofi attraverso l'utilizzo del furgone aziendale.
Per ricoprire tale ruolo e' necessario avere:
- possesso di patente B da almeno un anno,
- precedente esperienza nella guida di furgoni (mezzi inferiori a 35 quintali)
- disponibilita' al lavoro part time verticale per 24 ore settimanali indicativamente nella fascia oraria 10-19 per 3 giorni a settimana (a rotazione su tutta la settimana)
- disponibilita' agli straordinari
L'inquadramento contrattuale prevede:
- qualifica di operaio
- livello G1 del ccnl trasporto e spedizione merci
- retribuzione lorda mensile pari a 1848 euro da riproporzionare al part time
Il pacchetto retributivo prevede anche l'accesso ad un sistema incentivante piano welfare (finanziato da Ebitemp - Ente Bilaterale Nazionale per il Lavoro Temporaneo) riguardante, ad esempio, la tutela sanitaria, il contributo per l'asilo nido, prestiti personali ed il sostegno per: spese scolastiche, trasporto extraurbano e mobilita' territoriale.
