TEAM LEADER – CONTACT CENTER
 

Attività principali:

  • Coordinamento e supervisione di un team di circa 50 operatori di contact center;
  • Monitoraggio delle performance e gestione delle attività operative quotidiane;
  • Supporto e formazione continua agli operatori per garantire elevati standard di qualità;
     

Requisiti:

  • Pluriennale esperienza in ruoli di team leader o coordinamento in contact center;
  • Leadership, autorevolezza e ottime capacità di gestione delle risorse umane;
  • Forte orientamento agli obiettivi e capacità organizzative;
  • Disponibilità full-time con orario 8:30 – 12:30 / 15:00 – 19:00.

  • Inserimento con contratto CCNL Commercio, commisurato all'esperienza;
