La risorsa, riportando al responsabile di produzione, si occuperà di monitorare efficienza e qualità dei tomaifici (esterni) che realizzano tomaie per il comparto sneakers dellazienda.

Nello specifico, si occuperà di:

  • Avviare e controllare la produzione dei nuovi modelli presso i tomaifici esterni;
  • Anticipare eventuali problematiche in modo efficace ed efficiente;
  • Collaborare con modellisti e industrializzazione per la messa a punto delle tomaie e la risoluzione di eventuali problematiche di produzione;
  • Verificare che taglio, preparazione e orlatura dei tomaifici siano organizzati in maniera efficiente in base ai modelli che devono produrre

Il lavoro è svolto principalmente presso i tomaifici dislocati in Italia e in Europa.

Profil

Desideriamo incontrate candidati/e in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

  • +10 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Orlatura/Controllo qualità tomaie
  • Ottima conoscenza della tomaia e delle lavorazioni di orlatura e montaggio
  • Disponibilità a trasferte molto frequenti presso tomaifici (Italia, Europa)
  • Forte orientamento al problem solving
  • Approccio positivo, proattivo e flessibile
  • Autonomia e senso di responsabilità
