La Artemide Impianti sta cercando un Direttore di Cantiere da inserire nel proprio organico per la gestione operativa di cantieri edili e impiantistici.
La risorsa affiancherà il Responsabile di Cantiere nella pianificazione, nel coordinamento e nel controllo delle attività lavorative, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi, degli standard qualitativi e delle normative in materia di sicurezza.
Responsabilità principali
- Gestire e coordinare, insieme al Capocantiere, le maestranze, le imprese subappaltatrici ed i fornitori.
- Pianificare le attività di cantiere in base al cronoprogramma lavori.
- Monitorare l'avanzamento delle opere e garantire il rispetto di tempi e budget.
- Collaborare con la Direzione Lavori, l'Ufficio Tecnico e la Committenza.
- Controllare la conformità dei lavori rispetto ai progetti e alle specifiche tecniche.
- Garantire l'applicazione delle normative di sicurezza e delle procedure aziendali.
- Redigere report e documentazione di avanzamento lavori.
Requisiti richiesti
- Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Edile o equivalente.
- Esperienze pregresse nella gestione di cantieri civili, industriali o impiantistici.
- Buona conoscenza delle normative in materia di sicurezza e ambiente.
- Capacità di leadership, problem solving e gestione delle risorse umane.
- Buone competenze informatiche e conoscenza dei software di gestione cantiere.
- Patente B e disponibilità a eventuali trasferte.
