- Miglioramento delle configurazioni prodotto per automatismi nei processi di offerta e ordine in SAP.
- Creazione di un tool interattivo (Excel o simili) per la selezione del commutatore sulla base di parametri tecnici e del know-how interno.
Ulteriori mansioni generali:
- Valutazione tecnica e configurazione prodotto
- Creazione offerta ed elaborazione ordine
- Supporto tecnico e formazione
- Gestione delle Non Conformità (YWC – Yes We Care!)
