Area Contabilità Generale

  • Ti occuperai della registrazione e gestione della prima nota (incassi, pagamenti, movimenti bancari), registrazione di fatture attive e passive, note spese e registrazioni contabili
  • Supporterai la gestione delle scadenze fiscali e tributarie
  • Fornirai supporto alla chiusura mensile/trimestrale/annuale del bilancio (in collaborazione con il Team Leader/Manager)

Area Amministrativa

  • Ti occuperai della gestione documentale: archiviazione, protocollazione, conservazione
  • Gestirai pagamenti e solleciti di incasso
  • Sarai coinvolto nella redazione di reportistica amministrativa periodica (scadenziari, ageing, liquidity, ecc.) e fornirai supporto alla direzione amministrativa per attività varie

Cosa ci aspettiamo da te?

  • Ottimo uso PC, pacchetto Office: Word, Excel, posta elettronica
  • Inglese: livello B1/B2
  • Capacità ed abitudine a lavorare in autonomia e in team, flessibilità, dinamicità
  • Forte propensione all’approfondimento, capacità analitiche, precisione

Si offre contratto a tempo determinato della durata di un anno con scopo assunzione.
