Per azienda cliente, storica società di multiservizi energetici con sede a Udine, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di:

Area Manager Nord-Ovest 



Responsabilità

La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Gestire e espandere la rete indiretta sul territorio 
  • Coordinare la strutture convenzionate, individuando e attivando nuovi partner per garantire il raggiungimento delgi obiettivi del Gruppo 
  • Partecipare attivamente alla definizione della strategia commerciale, nell'ottica di raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita del segmento assegnato (Retail) 
  • Sviluppare i Punti di Fornitura nell'area assegnata, tramit scouting e attivazione di nuove agenzie partner 
  • Presidiare le agenzie partner, analizzandone i KPI's e contribuendo alla crescita degli stessi 


Profilo

Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

  • Capacità di lettura di un conto economico 
  • Capacità di negoziazione avanzata 
  • Spiccate doti relazionali e di leadership 
  • Elevate doti di empatia verso i clienti e i partner 
  • Ottime doti persuasive per entrare in contatto immediato con clienti e partner 
  • Molto apprezzata la provenienza da settori Energy e Telco
