La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno dell'ufficio amministrativo e si occuperà di:
- Emissione fatture di vendita e registrazione fatture d'acquisto
- Registrazioni contabili di incassi, pagamenti e movimenti di prima nota
- Gestione archivio cartaceo e digitale
- Supporto alle attività generali dell'ufficio amministrativo
- Diploma o laurea in ambito economico/amministrativo
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 2-3 anni
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
- Precisione, orientamento al risultato e rispetto delle scadenze
- Buone capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in team
- Forte motivazione alla crescita professionale
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di Zucchetti (Ad Hoc/Infinity)
