Si ricerca, scopo assunzione diretta a Milano, profilo di End User Support Middle:


Ruolo: Supporto Tecnico di Secondo Livello

Esperienza: 3-5 anni

Formazione: Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o certificazioni IT (es. ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco).


Responsabilità principali:


  • Gestire e risolvere problemi tecnici complessi relativi a hardware, software e rete.
  • Supportare il deployment e la gestione di dispositivi aziendali (PC, laptop, stampanti, mobile).
  • Implementare e gestire soluzioni di sicurezza per la protezione degli endpoint.
  • Creare e aggiornare procedure per la gestione del supporto IT.
  • Coordinare e formare il team di supporto junior.
  • Interagire con fornitori per la risoluzione di problemi tecnici avanzati.
  • Monitorare e migliorare la qualità del servizio tramite metriche ITSM.


Competenze richieste:


✅ Ottima conoscenza di Windows, macOS e sistemi operativi mobili.

✅ Esperienza con Active Directory, Group Policy e gestione utenti.

✅ Capacità avanzata di troubleshooting e diagnostica di rete.

✅ Conoscenza di base di scripting (PowerShell, Bash).

✅ Competenze ITIL per la gestione dei processi di supporto.

✅ Ottime doti di problem-solving e comunicazione.
