Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Join Arsenalia as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to help build and deploy AI solutions across our clients and internal products.

• Design and architect AI-based solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies.
• Support the sales team throughout the AI solution design and sales process.
• Lead the analysis of client processes and requirements.
• Design and implement innovative AI solutions for mid‑sized and large companies within Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Stay in touch with the latest innovations in the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Explore additional Microsoft platforms and technologies such as Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and the Data Platform.
• Stay up to date with advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and Microsoft’s AI ecosystem (e.g., Copilot, Azure OpenAI).
• Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand business needs and translate them into technical architectures.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demos to support the sales process.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through the adoption of AI technologies and Microsoft platforms.

• Knowledge of AI technologies and platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing and prompt engineering.
• Experience developing applications on the Microsoft platform.
• At least 2 years of development experience with C# / .NET.
• Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English (B2 level).
• Availability for short- and medium‑term business travel.
• Ability to interface with clients and support them throughout all project phases (preferred).
• Experience in project management (preferred).
