Per conto di una storica realtà italiana, attiva da oltre 40 anni, specializzata nella fornitura di prodotti e servizi per l’informatica e l’automazione d’ufficio, LHH è alla ricerca di una figura di Tecnico Informatico da inserire all’interno dell’organico.
Responsabilità
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del reparto IT e si occuperà di:
- Fornire assistenza tecnica e risolvere problematiche hardware e software su PC e dispositivi in uso presso i clienti
- Offrire supporto sistemistico sia in sede aziendale che presso le sedi dei clienti
- Gestire l’installazione, configurazione e manutenzione di PC, sistemi informatici e soluzioni di sicurezza
- Collaborare con il team IT per garantire la continuità operativa e la sicurezza dell’infrastruttura
Profilo
- Diploma o laurea breve ad indirizzo tecnico/informatico
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di tecnico informatico, con competenze in:
o Installazione e configurazione di PC e periferiche
o Assistenza tecnica e manutenzione hardware
o Gestione di reti aziendali di piccola/media dimensione - Capacità di diagnosi e risoluzione guasti hardware su PC, notebook, stampanti, UPS e NAS
- Conoscenza dei principali sistemi operativi: Windows 10/11 e macOS (livello base).
- Interventi On-site e da remoto tramite strumenti di assistenza come AnyDesk, RMM, Remote Desktop.
- Conoscenze base di TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN
o configurazione profili utente e domini
o capacità di individuare e risolvere problemi di connettività - Esperienza nella gestione di reti LAN/Wi-Fi aziendali
- Conoscenza di strumenti per imaging e clonazione PC (es. Acronis)
- Conoscenza di servizi di posta elettronica e software di sicurezza (antivirus)
- Nozioni di backup locale e cloud
- Buone capacità di diagnosi e troubleshooting sia hardware che software
Completano il profilo:
- Precisione e puntualità nello svolgimento delle attività
- Proattività, spirito di iniziativa e capacità organizzative/relazionali
- Attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione autonoma delle criticità
