LHH, società del gruppo Adecco specializzata nella consulenza e ricerca di talenti, è alla ricerca per conto di un'importante azienda leader nella progettazione e produzione di soluzioni per il trattamento dell’aria un After sales specialist con competenze tecniche e attitudine commerciale.

Responsabilità

La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita all’interno del team di post vendita e si occuperà della gestione delle attività post vendita, fornendo supporto ai clienti in ambito tecnico e contribuendo anche allo sviluppo delle relazioni commerciali con partner e installatori.

Responsabilità principali

  • Gestione tecnica post vendita di apparecchiature HVAC ( condizionatori d’aria, sistemi di deumidificazione)
  • Supporto tecnico da remoto ai clienti e coordinamento degli interventi in campo
  • Diagnosi di problematiche tecniche, proposta di soluzioni e gestione delle richieste di ricambi
  • Collaborazione con l’area commerciale per l’identificazione di nuove opportunità presso clienti esistenti
  • Supporto alla preparazione di offerte tecniche e attività di upselling su prodotti e servizi
  • Mantenimento di relazioni professionali con clienti, distributori e centri assistenza

Profilo

Requisiti richiesti

  • Diploma tecnico (meccanico, termotecnico, elettrotecnico o simili)
  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di assistenza post vendita, preferibilmente nel settore HVAC
  • Attitudine commerciale e capacità di interazione con clienti in ottica consulenziale
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
  • Buona padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici (Office, software gestionali, CRM)
  • Ottime doti relazionali, comunicative e di problem solving
