Cosa farai nel ruolo

  • Gestirai il portafoglio clienti con impianti in manutenzione, garantendone la soddisfazione e la fidelizzazione.
  • Proporrai contratti di manutenzione, servizi digitali, offerte di riparazione e modernizzazione.
  • Collaborerai con il team di zona (responsabile tecnico e sales assistant) per offrire un servizio eccellente.
  • Ti occuperai del recupero crediti e della gestione dei reclami.
  • Utilizzerai strumenti aziendali come CRM e SAP per monitorare e pianificare le attività.
  • Amplierai il portafoglio acquisendo nuovi impianti in manutenzione.


Cosa cerchiamo in te

  • Laurea preferibilmente in ambito tecnico.
  • Esperienza commerciale di 3-5 anni.
  • Preferibile esperienza nel settore ascensoristico
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e familiarità con strumenti digitali.
  • Orientamento al cliente, capacità relazionali, negoziazione e spirito di iniziativa
