Fattoria Toccaferro situato all'interno del The Village Parco de' Medici a Roma, e cliente del circuito Restworld, sta cercando un pizzaiolo per la nuova apertura.
Fattoria Toccaferro è una catena di ristoranti che offre alla sua clientela una cucina semplice e con attenzione alla scelta delle materie prime. Il benessere dei suoi dipendenti è di massima importanza.
Il candidato ideale ha almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo.
La risorsa dovrà essere autonoma nel gestire la pizzeria dalla preparazione dell'impasto (lievito madre, idratazione al 62%) alla cottura con forno a legna.
Sono inoltre richieste conoscenze nella panificazione per la produzione di pane e panini.
E' obbligatorio possedere la certificazione HACCP.
Contratto
Si offre contratto a tempo determinato con finalità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
L'impegno previsto sarà full-time di 40 ore distribuito su 6 giorni a settimana. I turni saranno variabili: 4 giorni turni unici e 2 giorni turni spezzati.
Lo stipendio offerto sarà di 1400-1800 euro netti mensili da valutare in base alle competenze dei candidati.
