JOB PURPOSE The role supports the communications team with daily activities across press office, social media, and back-office functions. This includes tasks such as curating mailing lists, editorial monitoring, assisting with social media rollout and platform monitoring, and providing support for back-office operations. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with maintaining and updating mailing lists.
  • Monitor editorial placements.
  • Support with Launchmetrics activities.
  • Track and update editorial credits.
  • Assist in managing daily content posting and monitoring on owned channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Pinterest, Weibo.
  • Help manage vendor relations and communication tasks related to vendors.
  • Assist with purchase order processing.
  • Support the Retail Event production activities.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective functionalities. Familiarity with social media monitoring tools. Familiarity with editorial monitoring tools and communication platforms like Launchmetrics. Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively across different platforms. Attention to detail, especially in tracking and maintaining mailing lists and editorial credits. Organizational and time-management skills. A proactive and flexible approach to supporting the communications team.
