Job description

Pria/Wanita max

· Min lulusan SMK teknik Bangunan,permodelan perkayuan

· Min 2 th pengalaman di kontraktor furniture arsitektur, sipil, dll yang berkaitan dengan interior furniture

· Terbiasa kelapangan untuk kontrol pekerjaan dan meeting dengan klien

· Mampu bekerja dengan penuh tanggung jawab, teliti, dan mampu menganalisa dan menerapkan gambar kerja serta dapat mengontrol project lapangan

· Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar kerja

· Mempunyai inisiatif yang tinggi

· Mampu berkomunikasi & berkoordinasi dengan baik

· Dapat bekerjasama dalam team maupun perorangan

· Menguasai MS. Office, Autocad 2D dan 3D

· Siap bekerja dibawah tekanan & target

· Penempatan di wilayah Jakarta Pusat

Responsibilities :

· Membuat schedule proyek

- Handle semua proyek yang ada seperti proyek retail,projec besar,SPV ,tukang

· Melakukan pengontrolan terhadap semua kebutuhan material untuk proyek

· Melakukan koordinasi dengan semua team

· Follow up progress proyek yang sedang berjalan

· Membuat laporan atas hasil pelaksanaan proyek secara berkala kepada Direktur

· Mampu mengatur team untuk mencapai target

. Membuat shopdrawing dan as built drawing

· Memantau untuk kemajuan proyek, Berkomunikasi dengan team untuk memastikan strategi dan efisiensi
