Posizione:

Per la nostra sede di Roma, siamo alla ricerca di un profilo da inserire allinterno della nostra organizzazione in qualità di Referente di cantiere in ambito Facility Management.

Principali Responsabilità

La risorsa dovrà assicurare la corretta pianificazione e gestione delle attività manutentive in ambito multiservice tecnologico integrato (i.e. impianti: elettrici, HVAC, antincendio, elevatori, rete dati, idraulici, idrico sanitari, edili, antintrusione), occupandosi di:

  • Coordinare le risorse dal punto di vista operativo ed amministrativo gestendo richieste di ferie, assenze, ecc. sulla base della pianificazione attività;
  • Gestire le attività riferite alla fase di start up di nuovi cantieri, in funzione degli obblighi e del monte ore contrattuali;
  • Provvedere alla verifica periodica ed allaggiornamento della documentazione tecnica degli impianti elettrici-termoidraulici-antincendio (CPI, libretti di centrale, ecc.);
  • Realizzazione sopralluoghi per eventuali attività extra canone da realizzarsi.

Requisiti:

I candidati ideali sono geometri, periti o laureati (discipline STEM) ed hanno maturato esperienza nel medesimo ruolo in contesti strutturati.

Sono, inoltre, in possesso di:

  • Ottima preparazione tecnica riferita alla manutenzione di impianti tecnologici (manutenzione predittiva e riparativa);
  • Buone capacità di pianificazione, coordinamento e reporting direzionale;
  • Ottima capacità nelluso dei dispositivi informatici on desk e di campo;
  • Buone doti organizzative, negoziali e di problem solving.
