We are looking for a passionate and engaged Vendors Compliance and Sustainability Intern to join our indirect purchasing department in our Global HQ in Milan.



MAIN ACTIVITIES:

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

  • Support Vendor management activities (vendor qualification and compliance);
  • Manage all the Sustainability projects of the office;
  • Support the product development of the products purchased by the office;
  • Regular internal communications to better understand the requirement and needs of stakeholder;
  • Support external communications with suppliers regarding commercial offers,contracts, payments terms, and data collection.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Sustainability;
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, mainly Excel and Word;
  • Proficient in English;
  • Project Management skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills- proactive and curious.
